We hold $100 (similar to a hotel deposit) which helps us allocate the time of one of our customer happiness team members who will show you the in’s and out’s of your diamond. We don't charge you anything, we simply hold $100 as a show of good faith. If for any reason you’re just not in-love with the diamond in-person, we’ll release the reservation hold, so you're never ever charged...
