Return Policy Details:
- Jewelry: Return within 30 days of delivery.
- Watches & Watch Straps: Return within 10 days of delivery (online purchases only).
- Mounted/Unmounted Loose Diamonds: Return within 10 days of delivery (online purchases only).
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
Holiday Return Extension:
- Purchases made in November and December are eligible for return until January 15th (online purchases only).
Clearance Items:
- Items listed with reduced prices on the sales item pages or any promotion specific pages will be final sale with no exceptions.
Most in-stock items ship same day or next business days. Back-ordered or made-to-order items vary depending on the manufacturer. If paying via check or wire transfer, processing may take up to 14 business days for funds to clear.

No. The upgrade policy is only available for natural, mined diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds, are not eligible for upgrade.
Yes! J.R. Dunn allows shipping to an alternate address on checkout, including workplaces. However, a verified address is required for credit card payments. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
