At J.R. Dunn, we aim to make your online shopping experience risk-free with our customer-friendly return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item (excluding those with custom engraving or sizing) in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Special Order items (e.g., special sizes, metals, or items not listed on our website) may have limitations—please contact us for details.

Return Policy Details:

• Jewelry: Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Watches & Watch Straps: Return within 10 days of delivery (online purchases only).
• Mounted/Unmounted Loose Diamonds: Return within 10 days of delivery (online purchases only).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

Holiday Return Extension:

Purchases made in November and December are eligible for return until January 15th (online purchases only).

Clearance Items:

• Items listed with reduced prices on the sales item pages or any promotion specific pages will be final sale with no exceptions.
